United Methodist Women Activities

Our God is a community-making God and our mission together as members of United Methodist Women is creating beloved communities with women, children and youth.  “Finding Peace” (Theme for this year) to help women find moments for peace and reconciliation in their lives. Women in the United Methodist Church come from different ethnicities, age groups, cultural background, economic situations, educational levels, family make-ups and come from different parts of the world.  United Methodist Women is no different.  The rich diversity we have as an organization expands our mission work and community.

The Purpose:  The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the Global Ministries of the Church.

Executive Board Meetings are the 1st Wednesday of each month in Room 104.  Chapel follows and then a General Meeting & Program starts at afterwards with lunch.
